Vesper Holdings LLC is a real estate investment and management company founded by Elliot J. Tamir and Isaac J. Sitt in 2007.  Mr. Tamir and Mr. Sitt collectively have over 25 years of experience in underwriting, acquiring, repositioning, refinancing and exiting real estate assets.
