Isaac J. Sitt

Isaac J Sitt co-founded Vesper Holdings in 2007 to focus on private equity real estate investments. He utilizes his keen understanding of retail and residential needs to lead Vesper in the acquisition of varied asset classes including multi-family, retail, parking and student housing properties.

Between 1999 and 2007 he built a powerful portfolio of key urban retail and residential real estate throughout the country in partnership with Thor Equities, a family owned business. Major active investments included the Military Circle Mall in Norfolk Virginia and the Gallery at Fulton Street Mall which was sold in 2008 to Acadia Realty Trust.

In 1992, Mr. Sitt began his career at Baby Togs Inc., a manufacturer and importer of children’s apparel. He began in sourcing and managed production for the firm in Indonesia, Thailand, the Philippines, and Bangladesh. He then moved on to sales where he successfully led a massive branding and customer centric marketing effort. He rose to become the company’s President and largest shareholder. Under his leadership, the company successfully completed a turn around and was restored to the position of industry leader. The company marketed to the largest and most successful retailers domestically and abroad. Elliot J. Tamir

Co Founder, Co CEO

Elliot J. Tamir co-founded Vesper Holdings in 2007 to focus on private equity real estate investment in both commercial and residential properties.   With almost 20 years in the real estate business including residential, commercial, development and parking, Mr. Tamir's invaluable experience serves Vesper well in its continued pursuit of opportunistic real estate investments nationwide.

In 2003 Mr. Tamirs previous company  The Tamir Group purchased three warehouse buildings in Williamsburg Brooklyn.  A team of architects, engineers, construction managers, design specialists and attorneys was assembled to create The Aria Condominiums, a unique AIA award winning development, consisting of 20 ultra luxury condominiums.  After successfully completing construction, Aria sold out in 2006 at 40% above projections.

In 1999 Mr. Tamir established The Tamir Group, a company that focused on the acquisition and repositioning of mixed use properties in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.  Mr. Tamir realized that people living in Manhattan were willing to relocate to Brooklyn for half the rent while being able to quickly commute to New York City and capitalized on the opportunity.

In 1989 Mr. Tamir established The Tamir Parking Corporation, a company that focused on the acquisitions and management of New York City parking garages both on a lease and fee position basis.  As President and CEO Mr. Tamir was involved in both building the portfolio as well as the day to day operations including customer relations and human resources.   Over time he established deep-rooted relationships with many New York City landlords and secured close relationships with local banks in a time when most could not secure financing, which paved the way for him to amass a portfolio of over 20 NYC locations.
